Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also telephone us with your credit or debit card details.

Delivery Information

From 1st March 2007, delivery is FREE of charge for orders to UK and European addresses placed on the website (except where noted).

We aim always to have enough items in stock to send out your order immediately, but this may not sometimes be the case. Any orders received will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order (Tuesday - Friday) unless items are out of stock in which case you will be e-mailed and asked whether you wish to back order or cancel your order.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

In the case of non-delivery please contact us and we will endeavour to track the location of your parcel for you, though you must realise that Royal Mail will not confirm the loss of a parcel until fifteen working days after it has been posted. We will keep you up to date on all communication with Royal Mail.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item to Once Upon A Stamp in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received your order.

The goods that are returned MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNUSED (with any tape, fastening or shrink-wrap intact, this will act as proof of non usage). A full refund will be given on receipt of the goods as long as the returned items are in the exact condition in which they were sent out to the customer. If any seals have been broken then the items will be classed as damaged goods on the customer's part.

Any orders received after the 14 days will not be reimbursed. You can however have the option of your items being resent to you (postage to be paid by the customer) or receive a Once Upon A Stamp Gift Voucher for the same value as your returned items for up to 21 days after receipt of your original order.

PLEASE NOTE: we will only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or an order error on our part. Postage on these returns will be paid by Once Upon A Stamp (including Recorded Delivery charges).

No other delivery service charges will be paid for by Once Upon A Stamp at any time.

UK Distance Selling Regulations

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.

How to Cancel

To cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period, please fill in the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip/invoice enclosed.

The goods should be back at Once Upon A Stamp within 7 working days of you receiving your order. This will be calculated by ourselves as 8 working days from the date we posted the package first class to you. We reserve the right to use Once Upon A Stamp calculations in this instance.

For your protection, we recommend that you use the Special Delivery service as we can not reimburse your account without receiving the items back first. Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item, excluding postage.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
