The Once Upon A Stamp Loyalty Points Scheme

About be Creative & Once Upon A Stamp

Once Upon A Stamp was founded in 2001. In 2003 Once Upon A Stamp brought Spellbinders to the UK launching a NEW era in die cutting.

In 2016 be Creative took over website to continue to grow be Creative own brand products. 

Now as be Creative we will continue to expand and grow with our own unique range of products unfer the be Creative brand.

We source the majority of our products direct from suppliers and manufactueres worldwide to get fellow crafters the best possible prices.

For many years we were suppliers of craft prouducts to Create and Craft TV. In 2015 we were one of the first companies to join Hochanda as one of their suppliers with be Creative products and we now make regular monthly apperances on the channel. 

We are always trying our very best to help and support all our customers with their queries and problems, solving their craft difficulties and we continue to develop our business looking beyond the norm and as such we will be diversifying in other areas of interest.

We would like to give our upmost warm and sincere thanks to all our customers for their full support till this day.

Term's & Conditions

1. Online Payments

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through a secure server and PayPal via your PayPal account and for non PayPal customers you are still able to pay using your credit and debit by clicking on 'PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD' on PayPal's page. We also accept payment by postal order, made payable to "be Creative (Global Sourcing) Ltd ". Online orders will receive confirmation by email and progress reports on the order status at applicable stages.

Should you not wish to pay by credit/debit card online we will happily take your order over the telephone (+44 1623 818910).

2. Carriage and Stock processing

We always aim to process you order as soon as the order comes in before 1pm on the day, and orders after 1pm and on our closeure days, orders will be processed the next working day, at times where we have a high voume of orders we will process your orders within 7 working days and once you order have been processed and an email will be forwarded to you for the dispatch notice.

We use either a Courier or via Royal Mail for our orders. Orders over the value of £40 are sent free of charge in the UK. If you would like your ordered sent via Courier, please email us after you have placed your order no later than 2pm on the day of the order. Thank you. You should allow up to 8 working days for the goods to be delivered to your destination (excludes Bank Holidays, Christmas period which may take up to 14 working days). For parcels travelling to other countries please be aware this can take several weeks.

All UK orders under £40.00 will attract a Courier charge of £2.99

3. Returns for cancellations and unwanted items

If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods unused and in it's original packaging for a full refund. This applies only to goods returned in their original unopened packaging that are fit for resale. In this event we will not normally refund your return postage and again a refund can only be made via a cheque as we do not keep customer's payment details because your payment has been processed through a secure server for your confidence 

4. Goods not available for shipment and Back Order

In the event of an item/s not being available at the time or order we will email you to advise the position and seek your agreement to either a back order or a refund, if the item is out of stock and available for back order at the time of your booking, your order will be put on hold and will be posted out to you as soon as it's comes back in stock. Time frame for Back Orders' usually waiting time is about 7 to 14 working days when available from our suppliers and for certain items you may have to wait for about  21 working days. 

5. Confidentially

All your details are confidential to us and we never pass them on to any third party.

6. Complaints

We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service. Please address any comments or complaints by clicking here 'Contact us'. We aim to respond to all emails within 4 working days.
